1.            Functions at the club are charged as above in each section.

2.            Functions at other venues may be charged accordingly.

Crockery and Cutlery are supplied by prior arrangement only.

You are liable for breakages etc.

- We Deliver –

The same conditions as above.

- We Deliver & Service –

We deliver and provide waitron service for the duration of the party @ R 125.00 per waitron per hour

3.            A Hiring fee of R 3000.00 is required to secure your booking for weekends.

4.            Speciality menus available by arrangement

5.            On weekends a minimum of 60 people is required for functions.

6.            The buffet table food which is not consumed remains the property of the club and may mot be removed.

7.            No food or drink may be brought into the club.  Liquor will be confiscated on arrival and returned on departure.

NB!!  This is dictated by our Liquor Licence.

8.            Corkage will be levied for certain functions at R35 per bottle.

9.            Final numbers and menu choices must be finalised 2 weeks prior to the event failing this, the event will be cancelled. You will be charged for final numbers, ie you will be liable for “no shows”.

10.          The person who booked the function will be responsible for any damage to Club property and be held liable for the cost of repairs.

11.          Items of sound equipment, decoration etc, brought into or stored at the club will be at your own risk.

12.          A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance must be paid on the night of the function.

13.          Closing times by arrangement but may never be later than 11.00pm.
